José María de la Rubia, Spanish engraver who with an exciting vocation began his studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Complutense University of Madrid, while taking different courses on engraving and printing techniques in the same city. With engraving, in addition to knowledge, he visualized a multitude of possibilities, which will lead him to specialize even more in this art, without neglecting his studies of Fine Arts. From the beginning he was able to have his own workshop, which facilitated the production of his work, as well as departing part of his time to preparing groups of students. He currently continues to teach at the Alfonso X el Sabio University. Throughout his career he has participated in different exhibitions, both individual, collective, national and international.
