Free access days for the general public:
Wednesdays (not public holidays) and on 18 May (International Museum Day), 12 October (National Holiday) and 6 December (Constitution Day).

Fares

Free admission: (with proof of eligibility)

  • Under 18s.
  • University students aged 18 to 25.
  • Legally unemployed persons.
  • Museum professionals.
  • Members of the following associations: ANABAD (National Association of Archivists, Librarians and Museologists), ICOM (International Council of Museums), IAC (Institute of Contemporary Art), MAV (Mujeres en las Artes Visuales).
  • Official Tourist Guides.
  • Journalists in the exercise of their professional activity.
  • Teaching staff (in accordance with the provisions of article 104 of Organic Law 2/2006, of May, on Education).
  • People with disabilities (as defined in article 4, chapter II of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of 29 November, approving the revised text of the General Law on the Rights of People with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion). The person accompanying them may also access the Museum free of charge, when this is essential for the visit.
  • Researchers with an Academy Archive-Library card.
  • Family groups, included in the same title of large family, made up of at least one adult and three descendants, or two if one of them has a disability (in accordance with article 2 of Law 40/2003, of 18 November, on the Protection of Large Families and Royal Decree 1621/2005, of 30 December, which implements the aforementioned law).
  • Graduates on work experience at the Academy during the current year of the licence.

Reduced: 5 euros (with proof of eligibility).

  • Over 65s, retired persons and pensioners.
  • Students over 25 years of age.
  • International student card holders.
  • Groups (between 9 and 25 people).
  • Members of FEAM (Spanish Federation of Friends of Museums).
  • Individual members of large families (in accordance with article 2 of Law 40/2003, of 18 November, on the Protection of Large Families, and Royal Decree 1621/2005, of 30 December, which implements the aforementioned law).
