Clara Gangutia is a Spanish print recorder and painter. Student of Antonio López at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando, where she began her studies but did not finish them, yet the influence of her teacher was marked in her work from her urban landscapes. His studies would continue to advance at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, at the Juan March Foundation and at the Ministry of Culture.

Since 1970 he has participated in numerous exhibitions for young creators mainly in Madrid, as well as other city such as Bilbao, San Sebastian, Milan or Berlin, among others. His works are part of permanent collections of importance, such as the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía or the Museo de Bellas Artes de Bilbao, among others.
