Pedro Maruna was a painter and engraver of Croatian Maruna origin living in Malaga. For twelve years where he trained as an engraver working alongside the German artist Stefan Von Reiswitz. In 1979 he founded the Colectivo Palmo together with other artists such as Enrique Brinkmann, Dámaso Ruano or Jorge Lindell, among others. He made both solo exhibitions in Spain such as the Arracada Gallery in A Coruña or the Mainel Gallery in Burgos, as well as collective exhibitions in countries around the world such as the Museo de la Estampa de México DF, the Hanaru Gallery in Seoul or the Robson Square Gallery in Vancouver, among others.
