Carlos Franco is a Spanish graphic artist, painter and sculptor. He belongs to the group of Spanish artists of the new Madrid figuration. His work is characterized by the use of the symbols of classical mythology and the unconscious. Another area of his work has been the illustration of works such as the Aeneid, by Virgil, or illustrations for articles in the press in Graphic Saturday, among others.

He has made numerous solo exhibitions mainly in countries such as Spain, Brazil or Cuba and his work is in different museums and collections such as the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, the M.E.A.C, the Museum of Vitoria or the International Olympic Committee, among others.
