Eduardo Fresneda is a Spanish archaeologist and visual artist. He studied and graduated in Art History and Prehistory from the University of Granada. As for his facet as a plastic artist, he works in painting, engraving and ceramics. He trained as an engraver in the workshop of the Rodríguez Acosta Foundation and later founded gavia's plastic arts workshop.

His works are in collections and museums such as the National Library, the Museum of Contemporary Spanish Engraving in Marbella, the Republican Art Gallery in Minsk, the Gallery of Modern Art in Santo Domingo or the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg.
