José Pedro Croft is one of the most important Portuguese artists mainly because of its sculptural work. He studied painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Lisbon in 1981. During those years he dedicated to the work of sculpture in stone and low-reliefs, while in the 90 started using everyday objects to experiment with new forms and concepts.

His works are characteristic for his limbo between balance (geometric) and unbalanced (irregular), consolidating transition effects for a very personal work, which goes beyond aesthetic enjoyment, trying to connect with the viewer to other concepts such as space and constant movement. His work is based on different techniques, starting and ending sculpture drawing and graphic art, which in the same way, surprising for its pulcrosidad and imperfection at the same time.
