Marta Cardenas is a Spanish painter and writer with a style considered mostly abstract. Trained at theRoyal Academy of fine Arts of San Fernando and later in Paris thanks to a grant from the French government.

He has participated in various international galleries and fairs in Milan, Paris and Spain, being a regular on A.R.C.O. His work is present in several museums including the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid , the Bilbao Fine Arts Museum, the Moncloa Palace, the National Library of Spain, the Foundation Joan March, the BBK Collection and La Caixa Foundation.
