Boris Savelev, one of the most outstanding Russian photographers, especially in terms of his international projection. He has had numerous exhibitions at the Corcoram Museum in Washington, The Museum of Modern Art in Oxford, The State Russian Museum of St. Petersburg, among others of great prestige.

His work revolves around his concern for the material quality of the surface on which the photographic image is printed. He does not make use of conventional photographic paper, seeking the appropriate textures of the graphic support.

The process of creating this work begins with photographs taken by Savelev in the spring of 2001 with a digital camera, which would be manipulated with Adobe Photoshop at The Senecio Press (London)

Edition of ten copies numbered 1/10 to 10/10, signed by the author. The printing was carried out at Calcografía Nacional's R+D centre with a Mimaki JV2-130 printer, on Somerset Velvet Enhanced paper weighing 330 grams. The included box measures 470 x 590 mm.
