Quantity

Blanca Muñoz is a Spanish sculptor and print recorder from Madrid. She studied Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid, and was also awarded a scholarship by the Government of Italy at the Calcoteca Nazionale and by the Royal Academy of Spain in Rome.

She has been awarded numerous engraving and sculpture awards such as the National Engraving Prize, the First Prize for Engraving Máximo Ramos or the First Prize for Engraving Carmen Arozena in Madrid. He has also participated in numerous solo exhibitions in different galleries such as the Malborough Gallery, the Baunkunst Galerie in Cologne or Galerie Minimasterpiece in Paris, among others.

His work is in the collections of the National Library of Spain, the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, the Museo Nacional del Prado and the Museo Español del Grabado Contemporáneo in Marbella.

Work made on the occasion of the National Prize of Engraving awarded to its author in 1999. Its plate was deposited in the National Chalcography by Philip Morris Spain that same year.
