Por motivos logísticos, no se realizan envíos de vaciados. Solo está disponible la opción de compra con recogida en tienda. En caso de que desee recibir en su domicilio la pieza, deberá contratar una empresa de transporte bajo su responsabilidad.

Los originales de los dos tondos que formaban pareja (El Día y La Noche), fueron realizados por el escultor en 1815 y actualmente se conservan en el Thorvaldsen Museum, Copenhague (inv. A369, A370). El Musei Civici d'Arte e Storia, Pinacoteca Tosio Martinengo, en Brescia, conserva los tondos en mármol de El Día y La Noche, realizados por el escultor en 1821 para el coleccionista milanés Giovanni Edoardo De Pecis. Diez años más tarde ambos tondos fueron adquiridos por el conde Paolo Tosio, quien en 1842 los legó a la ciudad de Bresica.
De fuerte valor simbólico (La Noche y El Día se asocian, respectivamente, al sueño y a la vigilia, a la muerte y la resurrección).
